Refund & Return Policy
Returns Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we cannot accept returns once the order has been shipped. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of our ceremonial chocolates and micro-dosing products are final once they leave our facility.
Cancellations & Refunds You may request a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the package. We will review your request and, if approved, we will send a replacement or issue a credit.
